Product Evaluations

Product Evaluations

An outside perspective is the lens you're missing

When you’ve spent months designing and iterating, you stop experiencing your product the way a customer does. You know where things are. You know what features do. You know what the copy means.

That’s not a flaw, it’s just how it works. But it means the friction your customers hit every day has become invisible to you.

A product evaluation puts an outside expert through your experience with the same critical lens your customers bring, and the design vocabulary to explain what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do about it.

Our approach

Immersive experience review

We don't evaluate screenshots. We use the product. We cook with the connected kitchen product, complete the onboarding, navigate the app. We document what we encounter at each step so our findings are grounded in real interaction, not assumptions about how the product should work.

Evaluation against defined standards

We assess what we find against usability principles, your experience strategy, and what competing products are doing well. That combination tells us what's a fixable gap and what's a deeper positioning or design problem.

Prioritized recommendations

We don't hand you a list of 80 findings and wish you luck. We organize what we discover into clear tiers: what to address before launch, what to tackle next, and what to explore over time. Your team leaves with direction, not homework.

Hear from the teams we've worked with

I wanted to partner with Everyday Industries on our design because of their history of designing beautiful and intuitive experiences. My expectations were exceeded by the team’s thoughtfulness, attention to detail and speed. We need more human-centered design in healthcare and this is exactly what they delivered.
